What is the minimum order value?
Allcopy does not operate a minimum order policy; you can order any quantity you require. Ideally, please order in outer quantities as this helps reduce your shipping costs.

How quickly do you deliver?
All orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day for next day delivery in the U.K.
(except Sat and Sun).

Can you send toner direct to my customer?
Yes, please see our direct delivery section for more details.

What happens if I have a problem in the field with your toner?
All our toner is fully guaranteed and tested. However in the unlikely event that you think there may be a problem, we have our own fully trained Technical Services Manager to assist in this situation. If necessary, we would offer on-site field assistance. Restoring factory settings and servicing often alleviates the majority of problems we have experienced. To our knowledge, none of our competitors can offer such a high level of technical support.
